We involve our drivers in conversations regarding their routes, and we strive to ensure our drivers are comfortable with the lanes and commodities they’re asked to haul.


GET HOME ON YOUR TERMS

Our home time schedule is flexible, to meet the changing demands of trucking. All of our drivers who are meeting minimum per-month mileage standards are able to take home time based on their unique wants and needs.


PAID FOR EVERY MILE

Many carriers pay Rand McNally Tariff miles or worse – zip code to zip code models. We value you and your time, which is why we pay you based on ACTUAL ELD GPS miles – to make sure you’re paid for each and every mile you drive.

TOP SHELF EQUIPMENT

We take pride in our equipment and seek out drivers that do the same. No matter the length of haul the equipment is looked over every time it is in Spokane. Our onsite wash technician will also make sure the truck and trailer are washed each time our drivers are in Spokane.
